Our joint practice originates from the lawfirm „Capelle“, established 1949 in Düsseldorf.
We work locally and nation-wide for medium-sized and larger enterprises and demanding private clients.
The structure of our law firm offers a practice-oriented combination of manageable size and specialisation.
You will be attended to by a partner who will be your regular adviser in a personal relationship based on trust. If and when required, your adviser will consult with specialised in-house colleagues, so you will not have to deal with constantly changing or unknown consultants.
Where necessary and desired, your adviser will involve external consultants at home and abroad such as tax advisers, certified public accountants or patent attorneys who are co-operating with us.
This enables us to advise you comprehensively and dedicatedly out of court and with regard to design and arrangement matters and also to represent your interests in court.
A qualified staff of colleagues are available for services such as collection and execution, supported by a powerful electronic data processing system.
